Terms of Service
LAUNCHPAD DELIVERY LTD
1. Services
LAUNCHPAD DELIVERY LTD ("LaunchPad") provides:
- Pre-built, tailored website development
- Hosting
- Uptime monitoring
- Minor website updates
All websites are built prior to purchase and customised to the Client's business.
2. Payment Structure
The standard pricing structure is:
- £500 one-time setup fee (includes first month)
- £100 per month thereafter for hosting, uptime, and minor updates
All setup payments are due immediately at checkout.
All monthly subscription payments are billed in advance.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the tailored and pre-built nature of the website provided, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
This applies to:
- Setup fees
- Monthly subscription payments
By completing payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds are available.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All website designs, code, structure, and framework remain the sole property of LAUNCHPAD DELIVERY LTD at all times.
Clients are granted a licence to use the website while their subscription remains active.
If the subscription is cancelled or terminated, the licence immediately ends and the website may be removed.
5. Domain Handling
LaunchPad may:
- Connect an existing domain owned by the Client, or
- Register and manage a domain on the Client's behalf
Domain ownership arrangements may vary depending on circumstances and will be agreed during onboarding.
6. Scope of Service
The monthly subscription includes:
- Hosting
- Uptime monitoring
- Minor content updates
Minor updates include small text changes, image swaps, or similar adjustments.
Major changes, redesigns, or additional functionality are not included and may be quoted separately.
7. Cancellation
Clients may cancel at any time.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
The website will remain live until the end of the billing period already paid.
After this period, the website will be taken offline.
No refunds will be issued for unused time.
8. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, a 7-day grace period will apply.
If payment is not resolved within 7 days, LaunchPad reserves the right to suspend or remove the website without further notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchPad's total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
LaunchPad shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Indirect or consequential losses
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
